Approbierte Psychologische Psychotherapeutin — Psychological Psychotherapist licensed under German law, with specialist qualification (Fachkunde) in behavioural therapy. The licence (Approbation) was granted on 29 September 2022 by the Hessisches Landesprüfungs- und Untersuchungsamt im Gesundheitswesen (Hessian State Examination and Investigation Office for Health Care).

Lifelong practitioner number (LANR): 799185968

Since relocating to the United Kingdom, compulsory membership of a German state chamber of psychotherapists no longer applies. The licence itself remains valid and unaffected.

The service offered on this website for Germany and the EU consists exclusively of psychological counselling and coaching — not psychotherapy. With most psychotherapists, psychotherapy requires in-person contact for the initial diagnostic assessment; practice varies between the state chambers. As in-person contact cannot be offered, only counselling and coaching are offered.

No diagnoses are made. This offer is not suitable for acute crises — in a crisis, please contact the Telefonseelsorge (0800 111 0 111) or the emergency services (112).

Fees are charged exclusively on a private, self-pay basis. As this is counselling/coaching and not psychotherapy, reimbursement by German statutory health insurance (GKV) or regular private insurance psychotherapy tariffs is generally not possible.

I am registered in the United Kingdom as a sole trader. I hold a full German licence (Approbation) as a psychotherapist. I am not registered with the HCPC and do not use protected UK titles such as “Clinical Psychologist”.
